About Stonecreek Inspections LLC
Hi, I’m Jack.
Owner / Home Inspector
I bring hands-on understanding of homes to every inspection, along with a simple goal: to help you see the property clearly before you move forward.
Careful eyes. Clear words. Practical guidance.
— MY STORY
I Learned Homes by Building Them
Long before I became a home inspector, I was learning how homes are built, repaired, and cared for.
My father owns a home remodeling company, and I grew up around job sites, tools, repairs, and the kind of practical problem-solving that comes with working on real houses. As our family moved over the years, we did more than pack boxes — my father and I built homes for our family to live in.
That experience taught me early that a house is more than walls, floors, and a roof. It is a connected system of structure, materials, workmanship, maintenance, and details that all matter over time.
Over the years, that hands-on background continued through remodeling work and larger construction projects, giving me practical experience with many of the visible systems and components that make a property function — from framing and finishes to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, exterior details, and the foundation.
Today, I bring that same practical eye into every inspection. My job is not to scare you or overwhelm you with technical language. My job is to look carefully, document what I see, and explain the findings in plain English, so you can understand the property clearly before you make your next decision.
I want you to walk away knowing more about the property than you did before — with a clearer picture, better questions, and more confidence moving forward.
With You Every Step of the Way
A home inspection should give you more than a list of findings. It should help you understand the property clearly, ask better questions, and feel more prepared for your next step.
When you’re ready, I’d be glad to inspect the property and walk you through my findings in plain English.
Inspecting today, protecting tomorrow!
